About Dr. Ejaz
Dr. Aiza Ejaz is a dermatologist certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She completed her medical degree at the University of Toronto and has practised in Mississauga since establishing DermCare, where she is the Medical Director and oversees the clinical programme, the phototherapy service and the practice's participation in clinical research.
Biographical detail beyond the CPSO record, including residency training, hospital affiliations and areas of clinical focus, is to be supplied and approved by Dr. Ejaz before publication. Nothing unverified will be published.
Practice
Dr. Ejaz sees patients by referral for the full range of medical dermatology, with the practice's areas of depth in inflammatory skin disease, phototherapy and skin cancer assessment. She works alongside Dr. Faisal Al-Mohammedi, who is additionally certified in Anatomical Pathology and reads the practice's dermatopathology.
Research
DermCare is an investigator site for sponsored dermatology clinical trials, including a currently recruiting Phase 2 study in adolescent hidradenitis suppurativa. Dr. Ejaz's role in the research programme is to be confirmed for publication. See current studies.
